Rimmel London - Hot Chilli Pepper

Just a heads up, this will be my only post this weekend. Finals week approaches and I have many papers to write (the life of an English major, I suppose.) However, soon it will be summer, and posting will be back on the regular schedule, maybe even more often. In honor of summer, especially because it's been so cold recently, I am busting out the bright polishes. Review and swatches are under the jump.

Rimmel London's Red Chilli Pepper (I suppose it's two ll's in Britain, since that is how it is spelled on the bottle) is a bright red orange creme. I'm quite fond of this color because it varies so much in different lightings. The formula is pretty good - I needed two to three depending on how thick my coats were. These swatches all have two coats, but in the past I've used three.

Overall, I give this polish four stars. The formula is good, but not a one-coater, and the color is lovely. Also, as a side note, the Rimmel London bottles are the cutest things. I love the little flag on the top!

Note: All swatches today are sans top coat. I have not had the time to take a separate set of pictures. Also, there may or may not be a post Tuesday or Thursday, it depends on the amount of time I have this week. Definitely expect a post next Saturday or Sunday.
