I am a sucker for a mint green polish. Seriously, the mint greens in my collection could be sorted into their own section. I think I own more mint greens than I do yellows. But that is totally justified since yellow does not look good with my skin tone. Anyway, today I am reviewing one of my newest mint greens, Revlon Brilliant Strength Entice. Review and swatches can be found under the jump.
Entice is on the greener side of the mint green scale, and is what I would consider a perfect mint green shade. It has a crème finish that is opaque in two coats. The formula is decent, if a little thick, and I did have some minor bubbling. The only detractor to this polish is it has a very strange smell. I didn't find it to be bad, but it may bother others since it is very strong. The polish dried quickly in between coats, so no complaints there. This polish also dries to a very strong shine. I would almost say it doesn't need top coat, but I will always advocate for top coat, since it does extend the life of the manicure and gives it extra shine.
Overall, I give this polish three stars, though I will say it had four before I noticed the bubbling. If you are looking for the perfect shade of mint green, I would recommend this, as I don't have any mints the same color as this one (though I don't have nearly as many mint greens as I would like to own, so that could change.)
